• In order to access freelancer information, you agree to subscribe using the details as required by our subscription form (such as your name and email address).
• You agree to us contacting you at any time via the email address you supply at the point of subscription. We will only contact you with information that we feel will be of interest to you and you can unsubscribe at any time.
• Upon subscribing, your details will be stored securely on Ghost (Pro) servers, accessible by our website administrators and protected via password.
• We will only use your details to contact you with information that we feel is relevant to freelancing in the context of this website. We will never pass your details to anybody else.
• You may request details of all the information that we hold about you by contacting us. All requests will be actioned within 72 hours.
• Upon request, all details that we hold about you will be permanently removed within 72 hours of your request being received.
• We cannot be held responsible for the accuracy of freelancer profile information.
• If you are a student or graduate, you agree to our Freelancer terms as outlined here.
• If you are a business seeking freelancer support, you agree to Client terms as outlined here.
• This website does not use tracking software and therefore is completely cookie-free.
• We reserve the right to remove you from all services for any reason.
• We provide a matching service for clients and will introduce clients only to freelancers matching our suitability criteria and whom we have contacted for authorisation. We will the contact the client and introduce the freelancer to the client via email if the client is in agreement. We are not responsible for any discussions, agreements, content or payment generated as a result of our introduction.
• Freelancers may receive guidance from the Sheffield Hallam University Enterprise Team regarding client projects.
